Hello everyone!

My name is Francesca, and I am your nutrition coach and instructor!

A little about me...I was born in Italy, raised in Chicago, lived in Seattle from 2008-2022 and currently live in Colorado. I am married, and have an amazing 4 year old son, an elderly dog, Daisy, and the cutest cat, Max.

I am currently a full-time registered nurse, and have worked in critical care, outpatient clinic, outpatient procedures, and home health. I graduated with my Master's of Science degree in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in sports nutrition in August 2018 from Concordia University Chicago. I am a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) and am working toward my Precision Nutrition L1 and the RP CNC certifications.
