Everyone is forever in search of the "best diet." Is the best diet the Keto diet? the Mediterranean diet? Paleo? Zone? Weight Watchers? There are so many variations out there, and it seems like you can find pros and cons for each one. So what is the ultimate best diet? Which diet works? Well, I'm here to shed some light on this topic...

The Best Diet Is the One That Works For You!

Well, there you have it folks! The answer you have been looking for... I bet that wasn't what you expected though. Let me explain...

Each of the diets I mentioned above have pros and cons. Each diet I mentioned above will not work for everyone. People have different metabolisms, different lifestyles, different nutrition goals. Based on all these factors determines which diet will work best for you.

When choosing a diet, consider these factors: what are my food preferences? how often will I have to eat? can I afford that lifestyle? do I have time to meal prep? how strict is this diet? does this diet allow for flexibility? do I have to measure my food? All of these things should be thought about prior to choosing a diet.

At the end of the day, pick a diet that works for you.

It is OK to experiment with different diets. Get a feel for each one and see what results you get. The diet you choose doesn't have to work for everyone, it just has to work for you.
